Do I need to do anything once we start?
No. Once your property is set up, your only job is to check the monthly report and your bank account. Everything else is on us.
How quickly can my property go live?
Typically within 2 weeks of signing. That includes the photo shoot, listing creation, pricing calibration, and smart lock setup.
Do I sign a long-term contract?
We ask for a 3-month minimum to give the listing time to build reviews and optimise. After that, either party can exit with 30 days notice.
What if something breaks in my apartment?
Minor repairs (under $500 MXN) we handle immediately and note in the monthly report. Larger repairs require your approval โ€” we get quotes and coordinate everything.
Can I block dates for my own use?
Yes. You can block any dates you want through the owner calendar. Just give us 48 hours notice when possible so we can manage existing guest communications.
