He leads Roma Norte Host, owns the relationship with property owners, and sets the operating standard. A UI developer by training and an experienced host.
A local team operating short-term rentals in Roma Norte with neighborhood expertise, documented processes, and genuine care for every property.
Daniel Angel Fidel began as a UI developer. He designed interfaces for digital products, but finishing work earlier did not mean the things he built felt meaningful in the real world. He wanted to work with something tangible—an outcome visible month after month, independent of a startup’s latest funding round.
He began operating furnished apartments in Mexico City. He learned the work from the ground up: welcoming guests, coordinating cleaning, fixing what broke before the next check-in, answering midnight messages, and understanding that the guest experience begins long before arrival.
Over time, he saw that many Roma Norte property owners wanted to rent through Airbnb but had neither the time, the team, nor the desire to become full-time hosts. He also saw management companies promise too much and disappear from the day-to-day operation. That is why he created Roma Norte Host: boutique management where the owner knows who is accountable, what is happening in the apartment, and how much they will receive.
Roma Norte Host is the owner-facing management brand: contracts, reports, revenue, and asset follow-up. StayWork CDMX is the guest-facing brand: listings, stay communication, and public reviews. Two sides of the same operation.
Four people covering the operation from end to end. No generic call-center teams.

He leads Roma Norte Host, owns the relationship with property owners, and sets the operating standard. A UI developer by training and an experienced host.
He designs the pricing, listing, and positioning strategy. His focus is giving every property a clear proposition, understandable numbers, and documented decisions.

She coordinates communication, instructions, follow-up, and the details that make every stay feel considered from before check-in through after checkout.

He manages calendars, turnovers, vendors, and execution in the field. His job is to ensure every stay begins clean and ready, with visible follow-up for the owner.
These principles guide every contract, every price, and every interaction with owners and guests.
Roma Norte has its own demand, rhythms, and expectations. We work from that neighborhood-level understanding, not from generic formulas.
We charge a commission on monthly revenue. If the property does not earn, neither do we. The structure is deliberately simple.
An owner should not have to chase explanations. We report activity, revenue, expenses, incidents, and relevant decisions.
We work with a contract, operating rules, expense approvals, and follow-up on applicable Mexico City requirements.
StayWork CDMX lets you review the public guest experience. That evidence demonstrates the operation of real stays.
Short-term rental only makes sense when the apartment remains competitive, clean, and protected for the long term.
StayWork CDMX’s public reviews let you assess the guest experience; on their own, they do not substantiate an owner’s revenue, occupancy, or net return.
Daniel Angel Fidel manages owner relationships directly. We do not delegate important communication to a generic call center.
We specialize in Roma Norte, Roma Sur, Condesa, Hipódromo, Juárez, and Narvarte. Outside these areas, we evaluate each property individually.
It depends on the apartment’s current condition. A furnished, ready-to-go property can launch within a few weeks. We provide an estimated date during the initial assessment.
We operate a limited number of properties at a time, using cleaning checklists, preventive maintenance, monthly reports, and visible follow-up for every turnover.
If your apartment is in Roma Norte, we can assess its potential and tell you what it would take to operate it well.
