Evidence

We do not promise magic. We show the operation.

Roma Norte Host is the management layer for property owners. StayWork CDMX is the guest-facing brand and brings together our listings and public reviews. Here, we separate the two forms of evidence so a guest’s stay is not confused with an owner’s return.

Evidence for guests: four listings link to their public Airbnb pages and one unit links to StayWork. Reviews help assess the stay experience; on their own, they do not substantiate an owner’s revenue, occupancy, or net return.

Evidence for guests

StayWork CDMX units and public pages.

These pages let you review presentation, communication, and the stay experience. Every property must still be assessed on its own location, physical condition, costs, and demand.

Evidence for owners

Management is demonstrated through traceability.

For a property owner, the relevant evidence is in the proposal, contract, calculation basis, monthly report, incident log, and record of approved expenses. That is different from a guest review.

View the guest-facing brand

We report revenue, booked nights, occupancy, commissions, approved expenses, incidents, and relevant observations for the month ahead.

Monthly reports

We coordinate cleaning, basic restocking, post-checkout inspections, and minor maintenance before a small detail becomes a problem.

Operational control

We record guest issues, rules, damage, missing items, and decisions that help protect the property without unnecessary friction.

Incident log

We adjust prices and restrictions using demand, seasonality, events, and booking behavior, always with realistic expectations.

Data-led decisions

Would you like to assess an operation like this?

First, we review whether your property is positioned to compete and which costs are involved. Then we propose a plan with explicit assumptions, without applying another unit’s track record to yours.
