Short stays. Numbers before promises.
We operate furnished apartments in Roma Norte for owners who want income, control, and straightforward reporting. Built to run remotely from Switzerland: your apartment works with data and reports, not with your time. First, we assess whether the building, nightly rate, and condition of the property can support a healthy operation.

Let’s start with an assessment.
Three details to guide our first conversation.
Cleaning, inspection, and follow-up after every checkout.
Revenue, commission, expenses, occupancy, and next decisions.
If a traditional lease makes more sense, we say so before taking over.
Anyone can list your apartment. Operating it well is another matter.
A profitable apartment depends on many moving parts working at once: presentation, pricing, calendar, guests, cleaning, maintenance, and reporting. We connect them so you don’t have to chase them.
Before we promise, we run the numbers.
We compare a traditional lease with short-term rental income and assess whether the building and condition of the property can support the operation.
- Viable nightly rate and booked nights.
- Building rules, neighbors, and operating risks.
- An upfront assessment before any commitment.
Every detail has to hold up, stay after stay.
We define inventory, amenities, access, rules, and the cleaning baseline before welcoming the first guest.
- Preparation checklist.
- Clear instructions and house rules.
- Vendors and maintenance ready.
The imagery attracts. The listing qualifies.
Photos, description, price, and positioning work together to sell the right stay—not merely fill the calendar.
- Content built around the actual stay.
- Strategic pricing and calendar management.
- StayWork branding when it makes sense.
Operational peace of mind, every day.
We handle messages, check-in, cleaning, incidents, and follow-up. Each month, you see clearly what the property produced and what comes next.
- Guest care throughout the stay.
- Inspection after every checkout.
- Revenue, expenses, and decisions in one report.
We don’t take on your apartment to improvise.
Judgment first. Calendar second. One good night does not build a profitable asset; a repeatable operation protects income, reviews, and the condition of your apartment.
The decision starts with the numbers.
We compare a traditional lease, viable nightly rate, and demand; then review rules, access, noise, and outstanding maintenance.
Guests don’t rent square footage. They rent a feeling.
Inventory, amenities, instructions, cleaning, and targeted improvements make the space feel ready and support its rate.
Pricing and calendar launch with a strategy.
We build the listing, rules, and opening rate to compete from day one and attract the right guest.
Data leads. Gut feelings don’t.
We adjust rates, minimum stays, and calendar gaps, then track reviews, maintenance, and expenses in the monthly report.
This is not an income promise. It is a monthly snapshot to determine whether a full assessment—with photos, building rules, and the condition of the property—is worth pursuing.
Estimated contribution exceeds gross traditional rent under these assumptions. Taxes, building rules, and actual demand still need to be validated.
We don’t just say we operate. You can verify it.
StayWork CDMX is our guest-facing brand and the public track record of our operation: active properties, more than 300 reviews, and a 4.65 rating. Roma Norte Host translates that work into control and reporting for owners.

Direct questions. Direct answers.
How much do you charge?
20% of accommodation revenue. That is our published management commission. Platform fees, cleaning and laundry, taxes, maintenance, supplies, and any other expenses are itemized before signing.
Do you guarantee a fixed income?
No. We first assess the property, building, and demand, then provide a reasoned estimate. If a traditional lease makes more sense, we will tell you that too.
Who pays for maintenance?
The owner remains responsible for the asset. We identify, document, and coordinate issues. Material expenses are approved with you or follow the rules agreed upon from the outset.
Can I still use my apartment?
Yes. You can block dates as long as they do not affect confirmed bookings. We plan them with you to protect the calendar and pricing strategy.
Do you only work in Roma Norte?
Roma Norte is our focus. We also evaluate properties in nearby areas such as Condesa, Narvarte, and Polanco when the property makes operational sense.
Stop managing your apartment like another task. Start treating it like an asset.
Send us the location, photos, expected traditional rent, and building rules. First, we will tell you whether short-term rental makes sense; then, what it could generate.
